Ordering and Checkout

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your chosen items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Can I amend my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed, you can contact us to make changes. Please reach out as soon as possible for assistance.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What are your delivery options?

We offer standard delivery, next day delivery, and premium delivery with assembly services. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the item size.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across the UK, including remote areas. Use the postcode checker at checkout to confirm delivery availability for your address.

Can you assembly furnitre upon delivery?

Yes, we offer furniture assembly as well as removal and recycling of unwanted furniture upon delivery, please check pricing during checkout.

How are delivery slots booked?

Once your order is placed, our courier will contact you directly to book a delivery slot. They will ask you to choose a delivery day that suits you, ensuring the process is convenient.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery normally takes 5-7 days. Next day delivery is available for an additional charge.

Assembly and Installation

Is assembly required for your furniture?

Some items come fully assembled, while others require partial or full assembly. Assembly details are included in the product description.

Do you offer assembly services?

Yes, our premium delivery service includes assembly and placement of your furniture. This option can be selected at checkout.

What tools will I need for assembly?

Most products include all necessary tools for assembly. For more complex items, a basic toolkit with a screwdriver and allen key may be required.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
